Important: The free tier of Auto Flow Pro does not require payment and is not subject to refunds. This policy applies only to paid PRO license purchases.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Refund Requests

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The extension fails to function as described and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 days
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same license
  • The license key provided is invalid or non-functional
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have used less than 20% of the service features
  • Technical issues prevent the extension from working with Google Flow, and we cannot provide a fix

2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • You change your mind after 14 days of purchase
  • You did not read the product description or feature list before purchasing
  • You violate our Terms of Service, resulting in license revocation
  • Google Flow changes or discontinues their service (beyond our control)
  • You share your license key with others, resulting in deactivation
  • You have extensively used the service (more than 500 videos generated)
  • You request a refund after 30 days from the date of purchase

3. Refund Request Process

  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund

  • License key (if available)
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment method used
  • Detailed reason for refund request

  • The nature of the issue or complaint
  • Whether the issue is within our control
