Refund Policy

1. Overview

Auto Flow Pro (developed by Flow Automation) offers a fully functional Free plan so that every user can evaluate the extension and its features before deciding to upgrade. Because you can test the service at no cost prior to purchase, all sales of Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to try the Free plan, that you understand the features included in your chosen plan, and that you accept this no-refund policy.

2. No-Refund Policy

2.1 All Sales Are Final

We do not issue refunds for any of the following plans after purchase:

  • Monthly Plan ($5 / month)
  • Yearly Plan ($30 / year)
  • Lifetime Plan ($50 one-time)

2.2 Why We Have This Policy

Our Free plan gives access to all core automation features — batch processing, file import, and up to 50 videos per day — without requiring any payment. This means every user can thoroughly test the extension before upgrading. Because a free trial is always available, we are unable to issue refunds after a premium plan has been purchased.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for, but are not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the Free plan before upgrading
  • Not having read the plan description or feature list
  • Google Flow changes or service updates outside our control
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • Sharing account credentials or license access with others

3. Exception — Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

The only situation in which a refund will be considered is a verified duplicate or erroneous charge — for example, being billed twice for the same plan in the same billing cycle. If this occurs, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct it promptly.

To report a duplicate charge, email us at support@flowautomation.store with your order ID and a description of the issue.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Monthly and Yearly plans are recurring subscriptions. You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not generate a refund for the current billing period. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges and no cancellation required.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
